Research operations, offered wholesale.

Not a menu of products. A research operation you can put behind your own service: what we research, how we research it, where we research it, how a result is verified, and how it reaches your platform.

The architecture

Six questions any serious buyer asks.

  • What we research Public records and court records, held by the jurisdiction or agency of record. The specific record types available in a given jurisdiction are published in the coverage review for that jurisdiction rather than promised in general.
  • How we research By the method the source supports: on-site at the counter, a public access terminal, a written clerk request, or the source's own credentialed portal. The method is selected per jurisdiction, not per order, and it is recorded on the result.
  • Where we research At the jurisdiction that holds the file. Where a county has no court of record, the request is routed to the court that does hold it, and that routing is stated on the result rather than hidden inside it.
  • How results are verified Identifier matching against what the source requires, then a second independent read before release. Disagreement returns the request to research rather than being settled by discussion.
  • How results are delivered Into your platform, with the research method and the search timestamp attached to the record so your audit trail does not have to be reconstructed later.
  • Who uses this Consumer reporting agencies, background screening companies, screening platforms and data platforms — organizations that hold the client relationship and need research capacity behind it.

Why wholesale-only matters

Your client list is not our pipeline.

A vendor that also sells direct is a vendor whose interests separate from yours the moment one of your clients becomes large enough to approach them. That conflict does not exist here, because the direct channel does not exist here.

It shapes the product too. Everything is built to be consumed by another system and presented under your brand.

Research methods resolving to one record Four research routes — on-site at the counter, a public access terminal, a written clerk request, and the court's own portal — converge through a verification stage into a single returned record. The method used determines what the search can contain. Start with your jurisdictions.

The fastest way to evaluate us is to hand us the counties your volume actually sits in.
